In today's digital landscape, email marketing remains a powerful tool for nurturing leads, fostering brand loyalty, and driving conversions (Chaffey & Chadwick, 2023). Based on my inbox, I chose ClickUp as the business to improve its email marketing strategies and market presence. ClickUp is a leading project management software provider.
