Before diving into marketing, I spent five years in customer service and sales. That experience taught me one key thing: behind every sale, there’s a person with a need or a dream.
Throughout my career, I’ve carried that customer-first mindset into my digital marketing work. Whether it’s cutting cost-per-click by 35% through precision-targeted PPC campaigns or increasing organic traffic by 30% with SEO strategies, I’m all about driving tangible results.

Skilled in using Google Analytics to track and analyze performance and experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, and scheduling and analyzing social media content tools Hootsuite. Expertise in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Shopify, and Hubspot and design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. My experience with Microsoft Clarity, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, and Microsoft Office has allowed me to integrate various tools to optimize digital strategies and deliver results.
